EVENING AND WEEKEND OFFICE HOURS |
At Kid’s Way Pediatrics, we do offer evening and weekend office hours. We have appointments available until 6:15 on Thursdays. |
|
We will also have office hours on the following Saturdays through the fall and winter, with a nurse available for questions from 9:00am and appointments available from 10:00am until noon. |

| When calling in for a same day appointment you will receive the next available appointment. We will make every effort to see all sick appointments within 24 hours. All major emergencies are to be directed to the nearest emergency room. Minor emergencies that can be addressed by our office will be instructed to come straight to the office ASAP. If the next available appointment is not within 24 hours your call will be transferred to the nurses for further management. Well visits are encouraged to be scheduled during the summer months due to our need to increase the number of available sick appointments for those ill during the winter time. |

If you arrive more that 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered as a no show and we will need you to reschedule

Please allow us 3 to 10 business days for any forms that need filled out or signed by the practitioner

Please all us 24-48 hours for medication refills.

Because we are a busy practice, walk-ins cannot be accepted. All appointments must be scheduled.

Please check with your insurance company prior to a visit to establish what may or may not be covered. You must let us know prior to administering a service that it is not covered otherwise you will be financially responsible.

Please inform us of any insurance, address, or telephone number changes.

Please be prepared with your co-pay and insurance card at check in.

The office has a 24 hours cancellation policy. If you do not call 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your child’s appointment it will be considered a no show. After the third no show within a 6 month period you will receive a warning letter stating that per our policy, any future no shows will result in the patient and family members being dismissed from the practice.
